Lauren has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and teaching for 10. She has experience teaching diverse populations such as youth in residential treatment, prenatal, new moms, and LGBTQA folks. She strives to make each class an inclusive and safe space for tapping into creativity and strength. In her life as a social worker, Lauren has a passion for using yoga as a tool for healing from trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as for maintaining a good self-care practice.
