Lisa Link Phillips has been practicing for six years, and completed her 200-hour RYT teacher training in 2016. Lisa was immediately inspired by yoga’s transformative marriage of movement and breath. Her exposure to many of the facets of the practice has taught her that there truly is a yoga style for everybody and every body shape, size and ability level. Lisa’s style is approachable, easy-going, and (just a little) irreverent. Her classes are very accessible, and celebrate the wonderful diversity of body shapes, sizes, genders and skill levels across the spectrum.
