Jessica Fritz is a 200-Hour certified yoga teacher. She started going to yoga in high school at her local gym and found herself leaving classes relaxed and more focused. As her practice grew, she felt passionate enough about yoga to complete teacher training. She studied Vinyasa yoga, linking movement to breath. She loves teaching classes focused on longer holds, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with our bodies and minds. She loves classes that make her feel strong and centered. She also studied psychology at The Ohio State University and is planning on going to graduate school for movement/yoga therapy. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her dog, going to music festivals and hiking. Her favorite yoga pose is child’s pose because it helps her get centered and calm.
