Abi started practicing yoga 10 years ago as a way to support her climbing habit, and she was hooked.  She received her 200 hr  RYT in Hatha yoga in Atlanta in 2013 under Neda Honavar at Tough Love Yoga, where she focused her study in anatomy and alignment. She began practicing Ashtanga yoga in the summer of 2016, and currently studies with level two Authorized teacher Taylor Hunt and is working through the third series. Abi is committed to daily study through her 6 day a week practice and believes in the transformational power of finding a personal practice. Her classes are heavily influenced by both technical alignment and flow, as she loves to bring the detailed study of asana through movement (but never taking either too seriously).
